  • Peter was married before his conversion.
  • He was fully involved in a beneficiary fishing business.
  • Andrew, the brother of Peter, brought him to Christ.
  • The apostle Peter and his wife were ministry partners.
  • Peter’s ability in leading during the early church was God    working through him.
  • Peter, who denied Jesus three times, became humbled    servant of the Lord after the Day of Pentecost.
  • Because Peter’s wife's name was not mentioned in the Word of God does not rule out the reality of his marriage

Posted on June 8, 2016 at 9:24 PM Comments comments (35)

This video discusses that,
  • God can, at times, use suffering to accomplish His divine purpose for His people like Joseph.
  • God was with Joseph from within his father’s house into the house of  Potiphar, and in prison.  God is with his people in every circumstance.
  • It was part of God’s will that the chief cup-bearer forgot about Joseph’s request to the king for two years because God had a better plan for him.
  • God’s sovereignty has no boundary. He uses the King of Egypt, through dreams, to fulfill His promise to Joseph.

Moses and Zipporah's Wedding, Part 2 (Replay)

Posted on April 19, 2016 at 2:19 PM Comments comments (41)

This video teaches that,

  • Moses married, Zipporah, the daughter of Jethro, the priest of Midian, and the union was blessed with two sons.
  • The marriage initiated by Jethro between Moses and Zipporah was intended for Moses to stay in his household. This act of Jethro of giving his daughter to Moses is cultural.
  • There are three names ascribed to the  priest of Midian.
  • Jethro was not a priest for the God of Israel. It can rightly be argued that he was converted to the God of Israel because of the sacrifices he made to Him.
  • The Midiantes were descendants of Midian, the eldest of the six sons of Keturah, the concubine of Abraham.

This video presents the background of Moses and Zipporah’s Wedding thus,
  • In God’s providence, Moses, an Israelites’ baby, was reared and educated in the house of Pharaoh.
  • The new Pharaoh, who did not know Joseph, order to the midwives in Egypt to kill all the boys at birth and save the girls was not implemented.
  • The names of Moses’ parents and the meanings.
  • Because Moses knew his Hebraic root, he killed one Egyptian for ill-treating his people.
  • Moses fled to Midian when his act of killing an Egyptian was exposed to Pharaoh.
